She was very professional and of great help by explaining everything so I could understand what I was getting and by giving me the best package to serve my needs was very satisfied with the service she provided and the price THANK YOU VERY MUCH MR . GILBERT FLORES SR.

I had to have one internet provider transfer me back to the direct TV customer service department as I discovered that my rural area required that I purchase a separate internet service and the cost was too high. I therefore cancelled the contract I had just opened. The person who service this cancellation was awesome. Didn't give me s hard time and even offered me an incentive with the TV to at least keep that service. I declined but she was very professional. I appreciated that!

The customer service rep was very helpful and the technician who did the installation was very helpful and courteous.

The time spent signing up with Direct TV/Century Link was well worth it. Information was given expediently, totally understadable, with no pressure Susan, the sales associate was outstanding, a credit to the organization. I would recommend either service to those intersted.

She was awesome love the customer service

Would recommend direct TV to all my family and friends

I had a wonderful experience. The lady I had spoken to was so sweet. and actually cared about what I had to say. She wasn't just in a hurry to get off the phone. We had a great conversation and it honestly made a wonderful start to my early morning. If I could I would definitely call her again for all my needs (:

I have had the worst time with Comcast trying to get everything set up due to their terrible customer service. I didn't have any issues at all with directTV and the girl I spoke was extremely helpful and friendly.
