It took over 13 hours to get 5 televisions hooked up with direct TV, This was the worst service I have ever gotten. I truly wished I had stayed with Dish networks. The service tech had to keep leaving to get equip. There is no excuse for such poor service. I had internet service prior to instillation, after tech finished I had no internet service. He rushed through the usage of the service, I still do no know how to use all the features of direct TV. I will never recommend Direct TV service. I will discourage the service. I will not stop here, the Predident of the company will hear from me. VERY DIS SATISFIED CUSTOMER

We had all of our services terminated (internet/tv/phone) because we had an appointment for installation today. We have a leak in our shower, and the installers would not run the wires. Now we have to wait 4 days for another appointment, because the installers don't carry the wireless units on their trucks! Thanks for leaving us in the dark DirectTV!!! My 16 year old is VERY unhappy!!!

The guy came out and looked at the trees. Spent less than a minute here and said it wouldn't work. There is plenty of room between the trees and the people who lived here before me had a satellite. All this AFTER I paid the one time fee. Now I have to wait up to 10 days for my money back? NOT a good experience. I do not recommend this company.

Yesterday I talked with a Verizon representative and he got me a deal for triple play for high-speed internet, phone and TV through Direct TV for $79.99/monthly. He also set up an appointment for a technician from Direct TV to come install their TV. The Verizon representative asked me what type of TV I have and I had told him I have HD TV and told me that I will get HD TV connection from Direct TV. I specifically asked him whether I will be getting ESPN the whole package and Tennis channel, Nature Wild etc., etc. He said I will get the family channels which includes all these. However, when the technician came and installed the system, I could see that the screen image is not that clear and tried to change it to HD which couldn't be done. Then the technician told me to my dismay that it is not HD. In this era, HD is standard as with Cablevison. To make it short, after wasting our 5 hours, I told the technician that he can uninstall everything as it is not something which I had been told. This is breach of trust. I see that my credit card is already charged with the installation fee which should be reimbursed. Bhavani Pisharath
