I couldn't be happier with my DirecTV experience! Everyone, from the sales rep to the installer, were extremely friendly and helpful. The installation went quickly and smoothly. I was given a time window of anywhere between 8am-12pm. The morning of my appointment DirecTV called me to let me know exactly when my installer would be arriving and if that time worked for me! The package prices are unbelievable too, definitely the most bang for your buck.

I was what I would call a needy customer today. I've had multiple chat sessions and calls through out the day, and everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I spoke with NaSasha, Brad, Joseph, Caleb, Andrew, and Nikki. I have dealt with customer service reps before where you had one friendly person and others were rude. This was not the case! Everyone treated me as if I were a personal friend. Asking about my day, congratulating me on my home purchase, and giving useful advice. Even through having to make multiple changes. The customer service that I dealt with today makes me even more excited for my purchase. Thanks to everyone who helped answer my millions of questions and requests today. Your supervisors are very fortunate to have you and they should be proud.
