If I had any reservations about going with Direct TV, they were all washed away the minute CS person- Christina cam on the phone. Not only was she very friendly, but she actually did have my best interest at heart. And something that was very important to me was the price since I'm on a limited budget. Christina not once tried to talk me into something she knew I couldn't afford. She worked with me, explained everything and let me chose what I wanted.She answered every question and I'm pretty sure there was a smile on her face as she talked to me because I could hear it in her voice. Thank you Christina. I went with Direct TV because of your professionalism and compassion and not just because you knew what you were talking about-- which you did. I'm excited... Sandy

The sales rep I spoke with to inquire on pricing and packages, was simply amazing! I work in a field VERY closely related to what he does, and I understand what it takes to truly wow customers, through being personable, informative, suggestive, and patient...to gaining buy in with that extra wow factor....I can truly say that it's not easy to wow me or gain my buy in, but on this occasion, he certainly did just that and more. I truly felt like he had my family's best interest with the right package at the right price, as well as explain in great detail what pricing will be down the road so there's no surprises. If that is the way each of your reps handle incoming calls, then you have a customer for life with me, as I'm thoughroughly impressed. A big thank you, from a consumer who understands personal attention but doesn't get it often. Very much appreciated to still see that core value in action! Thank you!!

The gentlemen who helped was very helpful and had extensive knowledge about the packaged bundles he was selling.He found the best package that suited our family at the best prices. I am moving and the service I am "used to" is not available in the new area. I was hesitant to change to satellite because of bad experiences of some of my friends. I think, however, I am going to LOVE Directv. My sales agent, John Scott, was well versed in the product and answered all my questions. I'm confident in my purchase.

Boil, the representative from North Carolina, took a lot of time to help me choose a good package that was both affordable and still gave me what I wanted. Couldn't have been smoother....

My Direct TV rep was named Brandon and he was by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I told him my issues and he turned all my issues into a dream. If the quality of my technical service and the actual products are as good as he was and as good as he says they are I will be a Direct TV customer for life!

The representative was so genuine I wished i could call him once my service is connected just to chat. He kept the contact professional and informative while making it personal. I have spent time with other representatives wondering if the call is ever going to end....so totally boring and robotic. Not with his gentleman. He was entertaining while providing answers to all my questions. He is definitely asset to Direct TV
