DirectvdealsReviews of directvdeals.com

It was refreshing to speak to someone pleasant and knowledgeable. She was very helpful and provided me a great deal. Hope that all customers service representative that I may have to speak with in the future are as great as Cynthia!

The customer service representative was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and very personable to speak with. I switched from DISH TV and never received this kind of helpful service. THANK YOU!

I spoke with Jon, who helped me see the pros and cons between satellite and cable. He did a fantastic job laying out the bundle options in my area and helped me narrow down to a final choice that gave me all I was looking for at a reasonable price. I am looking forward to my DirectTV expierence.

I am a new customer. This company has done well with employing nice, intelligent, and friendly representatives. Looking forward to a long-term relationship. thank you.

Direct TV has the attention to detail that we were looking for in a service industry. Outstanding customer service!!!!! Semper Fi Shipmate.....

Manny, was very professional from the beginning to the end. We discuss many services that would accommodate my personal and business needs. Initially I called for Direct TV services but is Customer service skills quickly moved in to cross sell me a security system. How did he know I needed one or was even shopping for one. Well I quickly replied with a yes. We talked about football, the passing of my father he was a listener and showed empathy. We even talked about my relationship with the greatest humble man in my life concerning marriage. Manny is a keeper and a true asset to the company. A raise, bonus, gift card, or great job wouldn't hurt either. I'm sure I'll enjoy my bundle more with the security in place. Thank you Manny! Respectfully Kimberly Mills
