Not only Direct TV let me know what's happening prior to installation.....I also receive a very friendly and professional service for installation and demo. He was here on time and completed the task on time as he promised. Now I can enjoy watching TV with some new features that I did not have before. The reception and quality of pictures is very good. Highly recommend Direct TV to anyone.

The gentleman I spoke with was beyond friendly. He was super easy to work with, friendly, and the epitome of patient. He explained everything, very well, many times. I personally wouldn't have handled a customer like myself if I were in his shoes. I loved speaking to a REAL down to earth person that was very well versed, patient, understanding, and accommodating

I was so fed up with my cable company. Only after less than 30 days of service, about 20 service calls and 4 technician visit. I decided to call Direct TV. The customer service was impeccable. The sales person(Toni) not only was professional but even saved me money on my bill. Service and installations were scheduled quickly. I am new to this type on service always having cable. But I can tell you I am happy already! Thanks again Toni!!!

I was happy with the service. But it's too soon to know how it will turn out. The salesman was such a joy... .especially after talks I had with Comcast. I really appreciate what I've heard so far. I just hope that it was/is all on the up and up!
