DirectvdealsReviews of directvdeals.com

Chris was personable, humorous and patient. He explained everything I wanted to know about and didn't push any unwanted products. I ended up purchasing internet service and a cable tv package as well. Thanks Chris, you rock. Shauna K.

The reps were very helpful and I had direct tv installed the very next day.

After chasing around Comcast, I was able to get the channels I asked for and the package installed that I ordered, unlike my first-time experience with Comcast. My installer was excellent. As I have not ever used DirecTV, I had a lot of questions about the equipment and wiring. He patiently explained each answer, and programmed all 3 devises. He was very professional, presented his badge and gave me his name at the front door. Also I am very pleased that I had a 4-hour time slot, and I got a robot call to confirm the 45-minute range of the actual appointment. The installer showed up on time and it was GREAT.

All I can say is outstanding customer services. The gentlemen was outstanding, thank you.

They were very easy to talk with, and willing to get me a great setup to get started with a quick appointment date.would definitely tell everyone to use directtv service!

My customer support rep was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Best ever.👍🏼

I was very please with my experience and that was a major factor in deciding to have direct tv. The individual I talked with was very professionally and at the same friendly and open to all my questions. She deserves an immediate pay raise. So far, very satisfied. Look forward to installation.
