Very friendly. Had to ask for the best deal. She found and I did get it! :) she was helpful. Was having computer problems. This does not help your operators do their job. She handled it well. Kudos to her!

Very good experience!
Seth, helped me decide on changing to DirecTV; due to the money he saved us monthly (about $35) and we will have updated equipment plus HD on our Samsung TV. And, with a DVR we can dump commercials, which take up nearly 30 minutes of every hour of programming on some channels. Today's type of commercials are silly, stupid, un-priced goods for sale, drugs that can kill you and can be miss-understood by children causing dangerous or bad behavior. Why do we have to pay a TV provider and still have to watch commercials - a double jeopardy!? The FIRST provider that drops commercials from their TV channel presentations will make a FORTUNE! Friendly and helpful but so much information!
I think I had a good experience. Poor representative had to read so much script, I'm a little worried that I consented to donating my kidney without realizing it. Also, I'll be curious to see what the final price is because I received so many different quotes. But Shara was very patient with me and easy to talk to. It wasn't her fault. Just wish it was more clear online or I had a emailed quote I could compare to other companies and see what I was agreeing to.

I'm looking forward to the DirecTv experience and promotions.
I have seen a lot of people in my community switching to DirecTv and looked into and compared the choices and chose to switched my cable and internet services.

ANYTHING is better than Comcast.
Spoke to Lindsay from Maine. Was a pleasant experience just not to have someone screech at you while your speaking to someone from customer service. I'm officially almost out of the Comcast hell; and im extremely pleased about that.

I enjoyed my installation, tech was knowledgeable.
Need more info about referral at the time of placing order. Wasn't explained to me at that time I placed order for my home.
