The service I received today was beyond exeptation. My service rep thoroughly explained details in packages & gave excellent recommendations. I will be also saving money in the future. I have never had such great service by a knownledgable rep. Thank you so much! Team Direct TV for life!

My initial order scheduled to be installed on 10/2 was cancelled for no reason and the Supervisors named George and Nick (contact # 7184413818) were not helpful at all, George promised a new installation date of 10/7 with a side promise that he will try to install on 10/4 if the weather in NY gets better(Sunday's weather was gorgeous!) if and when he gets the special mount from Ronkonkoma which WE HAVE TO PAY FOR $150 (why do I have to pay for another equipment that's needed to install my satellite dish???) Nick even deleted the whole history of my initial order when I called in the morning of 10/7 to reconfirm that someone was indeed coming to install our directv today (10/7) he probably got upset with me getting upset with the whole thing (who wouldnt?) And by the way, I got charged $116.70 on Sept 21st for initial fees of my 1st order, which also I am planning to call Customer Care to make sure I get refunded because nothing happened/nothing was installed and like I said, the whole order history was deleted from the system by Supervisor Nick in 7184413818. The Agent who assisted me this morning WAS EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY, so sorry I didn't get to write down her name. She's an ANGEL!

The representative (Nick, Charlotte, NC) went above and beyond my expectations in providing both professionally and personally, exceptional service in guiding and informing me of my options and followed up with a service plan that,(hopefully :-), will suit my needs. He went far more than the extra mile to price my package in a very satisfactory manner. I look forward to a long term relationship with Direct Tv... Best Regards, Ladds Banks

Cortney was great to talk to. She had patience and treated me like a person instead of a paycheck. She went over all the plans I asked about and I was impressed with her voice and attitude while we talked. At the end of our conversation I invited her to Breakfast only 2000 miles away. A great gal to talk to. I'll even like Direct TV programing.
