The tech did all wonderful job.He did a quick installation.Also was very knowledgeable about every question we had for him.Over all he did a perfect job.We were and are very pleased.Thank you Direct TV.

Customer Service Reps are the most important to any company and Jaliya was on point. She was knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, attentive and had great Soft Skills. She should be involved with interviewing new reps because she gets the job done. She is a great asset to the company.

I have no complaints about your online rep and the over the phone person , both were professional, courteous and helpful however the sales pitch your customer service employees bemoan about is annoying. I certainly hope the poor guy doesn't get bonus points for sales. I am still waiting for my information on my package I was told would be emailed to me. Because of the hard sell I am really not sure what happened and if my needs were met. I'm sure he is new, but if the employees merit is based on sales this is a bad practice and it really makes the consumer unhappy. I hope I didn't buy the home security.
