Excellent customer service and I cut my bill in half!

I wish I could remember the name of the guy I talked to on the phone. he was very informed and helpful. I had already looked at packages that I wanted online so I had a good idea of what i wanted to purchase. He expedited the process and didn't try to sell me anything that I did not want. He did a great job at breaking down exact prices and what each charge on our bill would be and made sure I understood, and was okay, with all of them. glad I picked direct tv.

I spent an hour on the phone with the sales rep named Luke. He walked me through all the offers and set me up with the perfect package. He was not pushy like most salesman. He actively listened and was well knowledged on all the products available. I've had bad experiences in the past but I feel comfortable now with the direct tv that we got. Thank you Luke. Job well done.
