After a very bad experience with a cable company's Customer Service, I was very pleased with the order process with Direct TV. I think I was able to get the service I want at a price I can afford. The service representatives were friendly and helpful if a little fast talking but the order experience went well. Hopefully, the installation will go as well. After ordering with the cable company, no one showed up to do the installation and I'm a little gun shy right now. Hopefully, Direct TV's #1 in customer service will hold true.

Called just to get pricing information and ended up deciding on service on the spot because I believe in good customer service and this representative showed me the type of customer service I would be getting if my family and I went with DirecTV
