It took forever, but he was very patient with this elderly lady (me), willing to repeat things, and even call me back at a set time so I could confer with my son and my husband.

I appreciated Ariel and her knowledge of the product. It took just a few minutes to walk through my family's TV viewing needs. The order was completed without any surprises!

Very positive and smart crew from our first phone contact to our in home set- up. This is the direct result of great training and choice of employee hiring from Direct TV. Thanks for making this a positive experience for our elderly mother and family. Your remote controller is easy for our mother to handle and read. God bless all of you. My son also works in MN.
