I had a fantastic experience when ordering my DirecTV service. My representative, Justin, was helpful, patient, professional, and an excellent conversationalist. I could tell that he honestly enjoys his job and wants to help his customers. The prices are excellent and I will NEVER go back to a regular cable company again!

The AT&T internet contact I was transferred to after signing on with DIRECTV was not knowledgeable and tried his best to give me heavily massaged statistics and half truths to sway me to change from my current internet provider to AT&T. Samantha on the DIRECTV side of things was GREAT, however. She sold me by giving me straight information and not pushing on the up-sells such as sports I was not interested in. She probably even sold me on a few extras I wasn't even aware I wanted in the future. AT&T needs to upgrade their internet speeds and quality before I will change over from Cox. It's almost 2016, guys. Your competitors shouldn't be able to easily beat your speeds. That's how you lose.

So easy! The rep was friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented. The no hassle set up made it all so easy. I can't wait for Directv to be installed. Looking forward to many years with this company! Bye Time Warner!

I could have not asked for a better first experience. All my questions were answered, and excellent help with deciding what would work best for me.

Customer satisfaction was pretty good

Ariel, the representative, explained each and every detail of the items i was getting in the bundles. She proactively looked for discounts and deals to apply to our account. She was knowlegeable and informative, she spoke in simple, language. She explained my options, and what I can do if I am not happy with the services. She was friendly, professional, responsive. I felt like I was talking to a favorite grandchild!

Gracie could not have been any more helpful, knowable and courteous than she was. She gave me all the information, asked if I had any questions, listened to what I was want to get set up and understood what I needed and proceeded to get me exactly what I was asking for. She is an asset to your company and I don't find a lot of customer service reps that I would give that distinction to.
