The representative knew a lot about service, but I'm confused about what my actual service is and how much it will be each month.

After an extremely frustrating and disappointing start with Direct TV, Felix was able to fully turn my experience around. He was professional, knowledgable, and courteous.

The person I spoke with was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful in setting me up with a package to fit my needs as well as an acceptable installation date. I am looking forward to enjoying Direct TV

Signing up with Direct TV was relatively painless and the associates were very helpful. Getting through the bundling process to add phone and internet service was a bit more difficult, but we did get it done. Now hopefully the actual service will be excellent.

So far I am satisfied with your service we'll see what happen later as in customer service

My comments pertain to service provided by four different Direct TV sales representatives whom I spoke with most recently over 2 days in order to establish service as a new customer. The last encounter provided over the phone by Valerie was exceptionally good. The previous two phone encounters with two other reps were good in several ways, however, with one what was discussed and confirmed verbally was not reflected in the final order, yikes! With another, the rep could relax a bit, dominate less, listen more and speak more gently, calmly. One other exposure was in person at Costco, 8 months ago with a sales rep. on Maui. She did a great job, was quick, genuine, efficient and professional. Over all, it has so far been a good experience with some exceptions and over all good intents and effort.
