DirectvdealsReviews of directvdeals.com

Our experience with Liz, Direct TV rep was AWESOME. She got is the package to meet our needs with a low costs. We have lots of flexibility and the best part is you can PAUSE your service for up to six months.

They are great at answering your questions and helping you make the right choice. Love that my family made the decision to switch.

You Rep, Jenny sold me to Direct TV, very professional yet very gracious.

The CSR listened to my concerns and addressed them. I don't feel like any one was going to try and pull wool over my eyes. The lady also checked into and explained all of my options. She was patient with my questions and never made me feel stupid or over concerned. I feel, and hope, that my experience this time is better than when I left a few years back.

Nick was professional/courteous/knowledgeable/friendly - Thanks!

I called in this evening to see if I could be approved for credit. I was sure I would be turned down. The approval process was simple and fast. The representative was very informative. The entire process from start to finish was pleasant and hassle-free. My installation is tomorrow and I don't have to pay 1 dime out of pocket. THANK YOU DIRECTV!!!!

The representative was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. She was very cheerful and patient with us. She was able to answer all of our questions with confidence!

Very helpful and friendly customer reps! I even found out I went to the same middle school at the same time with one of them.
