The technician was amazing, down to earth, good around my four crazy kids lol. Now as far as the channels that the sales guy "sold me" they suck. I'm very upset about the channels. Think I will cancel within the first thirty days before I'm tied into the contract.

Everything was explained thoroughly and repeated if I had questions. The gentleman I spoke with was not rushed in anyway and I felt like I was his focus and priority. It was truly a great experience. I initially called just to get rates and information to compare to other companies. Your salesman completely talked to me like a person, a friend..... Not a pressured salesman trying to make a sale. It is because of him that I changed my mind from inquiring about service to beginning service. I hope all of your employees are as friendly, accommodating and patient as he is!
