The gentlemen I spoke with very personable, knowledgeable and overall wonderful to work with. We have a mutual love of dogs and we were able to share some of our experiences and have good laughs about them. I am looking forward to my Direct TV and Internet experience.

Direct TV has great customer service. The third party internet provider frontier secure on the other hand is lacking in customer service skills, and seems to prefer putting people on hold until they they get irritated and end the call rather than solving any issues.

I had DirecTV installed this afternoon and I was very impressed by the customer service that I received from technician Fabian Ocampo. Despite the nasty rainy weather today, the technician arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and did a great job explaining everything.
