I can say that most of the time when you call for services with any company it can be quite a task, especially when your changing your TV service! I can say that without a doubt this is one of those times that I was amazed at how pleasant and helpful the customer service representative was. What a refreshing experience. This is not my first dealings with directtv, I am only just now signing up because my wife filed for divorce and moved out taking the boxes with her since the account was in her name. So I called and ordered directtv account in my name. The representative that took my order was informative and professionally.
