the customer service could not have been any better and he got me a great deal on a great tv package. But i said the reason for calling was for internet and if I could get a few channels that would be great. I didn't find out until after I had committed to the two-year agreement that I could not get internet in my house. I am slightly upset that I wasn't made aware of the Internet problem before I had agreed. So my great $120 deal turned into a $65 tv package and another $100 for internet. Even with that major problem the guy who helped me (I can't remember his name unfortunately ) should be the standard for customer service.

The customer service was excellent with setting up my new service. Direct TV is one of the few companies that offer the NFL network. The details of my package was clear and the pricing was fair. I strongly recommend Direct TV service to everyone.

We just joined Direct TV due to a horrible customer service experience with a previous provider. Signing up with Direct TV was quick, easy, and they were able to get us a package way cheaper than the previous provider! The agent (Conrad) was awesome. I look forward to doing future business with Direct TV

The woman I spoke with was so incredibly nice and helpful to speak with. She went above and beyond her job in my opinion, explaining every detail of the service and making me comfortable with my purchasing experience! I will be recommending direct tv to everyone I know looking for a cable/internet provider in hand future.
