The young lady I talked with was very knowledgeable, explaining each feature and advising me regarding package that would suit me best and explaining everything in detail. I am not a young tech savvy person and she was great.

I called after being treated horribly by Time Warner and my bill increasing without ever contacting me, explaining, etc. I was told there were not discounts for me and I'd have to pay over $130 a month for internet and TV. I called AT&T/Direct TV and had an incredible sales rep on the phone, she was personable, explained everything to me, and with AT&T/Direct TV I am able to pay over $50 less a month and money hungry, horrible Time Warner Cable! Thanks!

I called in to get pricing and the agent asked me all of my needs and wants in my service, she went over packages in detail to suit everyone in the households needs, no long waits she even was personable with with where she's from the weather etc sometimes this is what it takes to get new clients I only called for pricing but she found me a great deal her customer service was so amazing that I became a customer by the end of the call !! Thank you to the Rep in North Carolina You rocked it hon !!
