Cameron, my customer service rep, was very helpful, accommodating and my experience with DirectTV and Att was made as pleasant as possible! I would recommend this service to my friends and family based on my experience with Cameron.

Shane was the rep that helped me with changing over from Comcast / Infinity to Direct/Hughes . We were moving and I had a lot going on Shan was so helpful. He answered any and all questions I had ,very efficient and knowledgable about the services his company sold. Shane made the process go very smooth and fast..This was quit nice since a week before I spoke with a rep from Direct Tv and she actually screamed at me over the phone. We did choose Direct Tv a lot due to the rep Shane. Thank you for taking the time to be a true Customer Service Rep. Lynn S

Joe was awesome he made the experience fun he was just as excited as I was the best customer service I've ever had with any service provider he did a great job.

Shawn & Clint were awesome, they arrived at 651 13th St Parkersburg wv, great experience. Very well in formed & provided​ answers to all my questions and concerns. They were friendly and social. I'm extremely pleased the service ive been provided,my representative was extremely helpful,kind,was eager to help me find what I was looking for.I was having a stressful time before I called,deaing with my move from out of state and getting things set up,and he had actually experienced the same major move,and speaking to him made me feel so much better.By the end of the call I was laughing and happy.I'm extremely glad I made the right call for my service.

Just moved into our new house called today and installing my service in the morning great customer service couldn't ask for anything more!! A+++++
