My experience was good and the representative was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The only thing I'm unhappy with is that I could not get internet services in that area. I don't understand that in this day and age. Going to be hard to live without internet.

all the expierence is have with Directv is the ordering experience. the rep was easy to understand, and I felt like I saved a lot of money and got a good deal. I hope this will all work like she said it will. the only problem I had was she was a super fast talker, esp trying to sell you upgrades. then at the end of her pitch for a product she would say "just need you to say yes."

He was very helpful and had excellent advice on what services would work best for me.

It was pleasant speaking with two of the representatives, the middle rep was less than helpful. Once we spoke with the third rep, we found that several things the first rep said were not quite accurate. Now, I am cautious and a bit confused, but overall, the ladies were pleasant and helpful.

Installer made suggestion regarding wirless options etc. He was great. Wish custmer service who took order would have been more informative.
