Great customer service!

I was upgrading my TimeWarner to ad TV.I already had internet so all I needed was for another wall outlet to be wired for TV. I said to myself, pretty simple.Wrong ! I picked up the "kit" at the store and told that they tech would install after 4pm that same day. The tech never showed up although he reported that he did. So, I made a phone call to complain. I was told tha the next earliest day would be on Thursday. Again, I waited and the tech did not show up, again. I called to complain and was told that there was never an order to install on Thursday. I told them yes there was, the agent I spoke to on Tuesday told me the install would be done on Thursday. When I call the automated system on Thursday, I was informed that I do have a service call for Thursday at 6+7pm. I complained since nobody showed up. I finally got frustrated with the next agent and told them I would be going to the store to complain. I was told by the agent that the next available date would me the following Tuesday. I told them, you know what, for the $90 that I am going to be charged for bot the internet and TV bundle, I am not getting my money's worth. This service sucks. So when, I went to the store to speak to a live agent, that same thing. We show a date for you on the Tuesday the 25th. So I told her, so it is normal that it takes a week to connect cable TV when all they need to do is just drill a hole in the wall to wire the TV? So, then I told her, you know what just cancel the TV, I am only keeping the internet. But, even then, I am looking for another internet provider. Can you believe that new customers are getting internet/tv for only 29.99 while the current customers are payng 90.00 !! Obviously, customer loyalty is not a priority for the TimeWarner/Spectrum merger !! But, with Direct TV, I ordered one day, and they are here to install the next day. And, the best thing the installation fee is waived !

Francis who went to Penn State for his master's degree, gave me great customer service !!! I hope DirecTV gives me as good a service as he did !

Direct TV was and is fantastic they answer all my questions and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. Also was able to schedule my installation ASAP!

Well it was all about courtesy and product knowledge. The young lady who helped me did an awesome job. New what she was talking about and was able to set up service in no time I was literally eating lunch and she was do e within an hour. Great hire Direct/ATT
