I believe the agent I talked to was named Maddy, and she was extremely helpful with finding the right package that fit my needs without paying more than I should. She answered all my questions by actually listening to me (crazy, right??) and provided excellent recommendations.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH BOTH AGENTS THE FIRST LADY WHO I STARTED THE ONLINE CHAT WITH WHO THE GAVE ME A CALL TO MY HOUSE PHONE WITH MY PERMISSION AND THEN SWICHED ME TO A VERY HELPFUL SALES AGENT. THE WHOLE TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WAS A VERY GOOD CONVERSATION. I AM LOOKING FORWARDTO CHANGING OVER MY SERVICE TO DIRECT TV. IF ALL OF MY SERVICES IS LIKE THE PHONE CALL TODAY? we were absolutely 100% satisfied with Ray when we called to discuss coming back to direct t.v.,we were customers for 5 years,when we left, we entered a 2 yr.contract with comcast( big mistake) that expires on oct.31 this year,and our direct t.v. will be installed on this coming wed 11-2-16, our only disapointment was we won't be getting the gift card when we agreed to a 2 yr. bundled contract, we're glad to be back. kudos to all, Richard Marschalk 651-633 7142
