Super helpful and understanding
Honestly, one of the best customer service interactions I have had. He listened to my situation and what I was looking for and seemed to genuinely want to help me get the best possible option. As someone who has worked in sales, I appreciated how he related to me and did all he could to find a win for both of us. After my experience, I can definitely see myself continuing to work with Direct TV and CenturyLink.

Customer Service
The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all questions. Hopefully the rest of our experience will be just as pleasant.

Wonderful rep who made our experience enjoyable!
We had a wonderful 4th grade teacher from North Carolina who was our rep. She was funny, informative and patient as she dealt with us. It was a great experience! The Cooleys!
