I had questions about switching from Dish and Israel was very helpful with programing choices except that he forgot to ask about sports which happen to be very important to us, had I not been online looking at the plans it could have been troublesome.

I called the customer service number and was connected to a service in India or the Philippines.i could hardly understand what the lady was saying,she asked me to repeat my ss number five times and I was kept on the phone for 45minutes.when the technician came out he had the wrong address and no supplies to hook me up because customer service got my order wrong.i then called to customer service here in the states and was able to speak to someone I could understand and they knew exactly what I wanted,they were more professional and I was only on the phone for 30 minutes.i got great deals and I'm very satisfied.thank you

Getting direct was much easier than I had anticipated, very reasonable pricing on my bundle and great customer service!

installation was in a timely manner. no mess. no fuss. ive been sick this past month, so i haven't enjoyed the tv. i just got internet. so we can enjoy the other shows.thanks.

Information overload but basically a good experience.

This is my first time with direct tv and I feel like they value me as a customer they have great offers for first time customers and the customer rep was friendly and talked to me like she valued me as a new customer
