Was told on phone I could bundle then given number for internet to bundle. But frontier does not partner with direct tv so that was wrong. Was told first month free . Was installed on 18th and charged on 19th and told when I called that that was wrong . I can only assume they you are told anything to sign up!

I don't think it's right that you canceled my account because you want me to pay my dad's bill. I didn't live here where he got that service and yet still they won't give me service because I'm now in the house these to be in. Wasted hours on the phone getting my service Took my money and then put my installation on hold.and asked me to pay his bill to get service at my bill and I should not be penalized for something that someone don't even live in the house anymore.

Have been promise 3 installation dates no call back no right resolution no response contacting Better Business Bureau and Attorney General

Sales reps are commission motivated so I was not told that I needed to speak with internet company to set up service. I am cancelling my service! I did not leave Xfinity to go to a company that is just as shady!

beware what "they" promise. little to none of it will be true! This is without doubt the worst bunch I have ever dealt with. refund took several weeks and it was short$ 22.29. I now have a roku and we get our movies totally FREE ! in addition, we get movies at the library,again,totally free ! wake up people , you are getting juiced !!

Spent my whole morning on the phone being assured of the price and when I went to confirm my internet (afte I already sent money to them) they told me I was lied to by dish just to make a sale!! Beyond frustrating
