I would just like to commend Direct T V for hiring a person like Tajan. Your representative was above and beyond my expectations. She was patient and kind. She answered all of my questions. She asked me questions to be sure the deal she was giving me best fit our needs. She repeated information several times. She had a clear concise voice, so I could understand everything she was saying. My experience was a very positive one and I will recommend Direct T V to my friends and family. Sincerely, Mary Rodriguez
