It doesn't get any better than this !!
I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Ruben, your installation expert on the great job he did with our install. He's a very qualified and knowledgeable technician and a great representative for your company. He not only did a neat and thorough job, but he went above and beyond what we expected to be experiencing. He trained us, made suggestions on how we may enjoy our services to their fullesthe and even showed us how to program other components when they are installed. It's great to see that outstanding craftsmanship is not a lost art..... Please let Ruben know that we appreciate his friendship and honesty and that we look forward to working with him in the future.
