Operator was best I've had anywhere before.
The woman who helped sign me up was the absolute best customer service rep I have ever dealt with over the phone. I could literally hear her smiling through the phone. On top of that she saved me over $80 a month - $80!!!! - by leaving Bright-house. Please let her know what a fantastic job she is doing!
