I'm very disappointed in the tablecloths I received from direct textiles store. The picture on the website showed beautiful tablecloths with a wide clean hem. The tablecloths I received were not the ones in the picture clearly. I asked for refund and found out apparently there website states you have to pay 15% restocking fee, and return shipping and they won't refund your shipping you paid. Here's the problem. If the quality is low and not the same as their picture....you still have to pay. I asked to have all my money refunded but they refused. I would not do business with this company because they do not back the quality of there product.

I ordered towels for my resort at the beginning of May and it is now June 3, I have had to follow up with them every week to see where my order is and it still hasn't shown up. I would not recommend this company.

I purchased an item and had to return because it just wasn't what I expected. Upon returning the item, I followed up a couple of times via emails and got no response. After about two weeks, I called and they started the refund process. I was disappointed, the refund which included a 15% restocking fee and return shipping cost on my end. I ended up paying almost as much to return the item than i spent for the item. Not happy... won't be doing business again with company.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! The products are wonderful quality and very cost affective. Customer service was extremely helpful and helped me every step of the way. I will never use another linen company again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
