After dealing with TWC for all these years and never getting the satisfaction that one should get with customer service, technical support or equipment reliability, and with prices continuing to rise for less services and never getting a response as to "why" that makes any sense, I finally have had enough of this MONOPOLY!!! I called, on a whim, in response to a Best Buy email highlighting a "DIRECTTV" partnership that included the satellite, DVR, wireless high speed internet and phone service that we are already receiving from TWC for an ABSURD price. Once I told the Rep. what I have, what I was paying and what I wanted, he was more appalled than I was. He answered all my questions without sugar coating anything or embellishing any of their services. He spelled everything out - brief, concise and to the point - in as honest a manner as I've ever been served. Every question I asked had a thoughtful and truthful answer. I truly look forward to our DIRECTTV installation and our long relationship with a company that is more interested in knowing what customer service and satisfaction means and not only the importance of the BOTTOM LINE!

Service rep explained everything very well and ensured I received all discounts possible. The man who cam to do the installation was very knowledgeable and polite. What a great experience.
