Very happy cant wait to get rid of charter

My experience with getting direct tv was amazing. The customer service rep was very knowledgable, helpful, and courteous. He explained the options they had and why going with direct tv was a better offer.

I would recommend direct tv over any other tv provider! They are fast, caring and most importantly affordable and if you do not like a package they offer they will make it their priority to get you what you want!

I was very pleased with the customer service I recieved both on the phone and by using the live chat. Shelly was able to give us the best possible deal with our tv and roseanna gave us the best possible internet service. Our new account number is 47677589. I called and after answering a few automated questions, I was directed to a customer service agent. All of my questions were answered. The agent knew the product and was very pleasant. Everything was gone over in detail before I decided. The entire experience was quick and painless! We even lucked out on an nfl package deal for next year! We're going to recommend direct tv to anyone and everyone we can!

Just signed up for a new account with Direct TV...no installation and equipment fees, lots of channels and a really great rate. I'm saving more than $100 a month now.
