Mason, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the pickup took longer than originally anticipated. We want to provide some important context for anyone reading this review. Your final price did not change from your original estimate — you paid exactly what was quoted. Your belongings were picked up and driven directly to North Carolina without any warehouse stops — a straight load straight delivery — and delivered the very next day after pickup was completed. The timeframes communicated were estimated windows not guaranteed dates and we understand that distinction can feel frustrating when you are waiting on your belongings. As a gesture of goodwill we also issued you a $650 credit to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the extended pickup window. We are disappointed that this gesture was not reflected in your review. Regarding the allegation of rude treatment — this does not reflect how Direct Relocation Services conducts itself. We have reviewed our records and can confirm that Justin Perez did not have any direct communication with you during your move. Any calls regarding your move were handled by our customer service team. We have genuine respect for military families and we are sorry this experience did not fully meet your expectations. Please call us at 954.557.7056 if you would like to discuss further. — The Direct Relocation Services Team Fort Lauderdale, FL | directrelocationservices.com | 954.557.7056 Licensed | Bonded | Insured | USDOT #3000931
