Thank you sincerely for sharing such a detailed account of your experience moving from Georgia to West Virginia. We are truly sorry for the stress and frustration this delivery caused you and your husband. We want to provide some context for anyone reading this review. When an 18-wheeler cannot safely access a delivery address — due to narrow roads, cul-de-sacs, low-hanging trees, or weight restrictions — a shuttle service using a smaller vehicle is the standard industry solution to complete the delivery. This is a legitimate and necessary service, and shuttle fees are disclosed in our contracts. We understand that does not make the situation less frustrating, especially when communication about the shuttle broke down the way it did in your case. What is not acceptable is the way this was handled — the driver going MIA, the threat to place your belongings in storage, the confusion about delivery timing, and the condition of your items upon arrival. Our office team's responsiveness throughout this situation reflects our values. The driver's conduct did not. We want to make this right. Please contact us directly at [email protected] or call 855.378.3110 and reference your move so we can address your damage claims, missing tools, and any outstanding concerns. Thank you for acknowledging our team's responsiveness — and for giving us the opportunity to do better. — The Direct Relocation Services Team Fort Lauderdale, FL | [email protected] | 855.378.3110 Licensed | Bonded | Insured | USDOT #3000931
