DON'T USE DON'T USE Well wright from the start they gave me a quote told them what I had to move when the driver got there with the truck charged me $2,000 more after they already got a deposit and started putting stuff in the truck then told me it was going to take 4 to 5 business days to get to my delivery so I left the next day so I can meet them there only to find out they weren't going to show up for 10 to 11 days that's costing me $1,000 more for me to stay where I was waiting for them I would not recommend this company I wish I would have seen the reviews sooner.

The picking up of our belongings went well, however...the delivery was AWFUL!!! We gave them a week's notice that we would be closing on our new home on August 25th. I expected that they would be delivering our stuff within a couple of days. We did not receive delivery until 15 days later! They will tell you that weekends don't count, but we had to live through those days without being able to settle in to our home. They then mentioned that there is a 10 (working day) processing window for delivery that did not begin until we confirmed that we had closed on the house. No one mentioned this 10 day process to us at the beginning when we agreed to go with this company because we would have NEVER agreed to wait that long! Also, we have found several things broken. This was our first time using a moving company and it was the worst moving experience EVER! Let me also mention that it was very expensive and to us was definitely not worth it for the poor service that we received...also, the move was only from GA to FL which was about a 6 hour drive!

Yandri and Matthew took great care of my belongings and were friendly and professional.HOWEVER I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They mislead and lied to me. Today is day 15 and I still have not received my belongings. Richard told me it would be 7-10 days (NOT business days) to have them delivered to me. They were 24 hours late picking up which caused a hardship on my family. Going without our things continues to create a hardship and they don’t care nor will they credit my balance for the mess they have created.

This company completely screwed me over. I was lied to multiple times over the phone and repeatedly reassured that my furniture would be picked up and delivered on the dates we agreed upon. I was already extremely flexible and even gave them an extra day for pickup, and somehow they STILL took another additional day. Because of their incompetence, my belongings ended up being delivered TWO DAYS after the original agreed-upon delivery date. This was a move from Florida to North Carolina — not some cross-country move that should take forever. The worst part was dealing with Justin, the owner, and Diego. Both were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called trying to get straight answers about my belongings, and instead of treating me like a paying customer, they yelled at me and cursed at me on the phone. I was respectful the entire time. Apparently, that's too much to ask from these guys. If you can't keep the dates you promise, then stop lying to your customers and give them an honest answer from the beginning. If you screw up, own it. Don't yell and curse at the customer because they're understandably pissed off about it. I will be posting about my experience in military Facebook groups because I absolutely do not want other service members getting screwed over by this company. Military families already deal with enough uncertainty during moves without having a moving company make things even worse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I wouldn't trust them with my furniture, my schedule, or honestly anything else I care about. Find another company and save yourself the headache.

The initial quote was half of what they charged after they got to my house to load the furniture. They damaged my walls moving furniture. They damaged furniture during the move. They lost items that cannot be replaced. This was the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Don't make the same mistake I made. You will regret it.

This company caused months of stress, confusion, and financial loss. Our move was scheduled for August 1, yet our furniture did not arrive until the end of September. Nearly two months passed with zero communication, and at times we genuinely did not know where our entire household was. Over the course of three months, we logged 45 phone calls (only 4 were ever answered). We also sent 27 emails, of which only 3 received responses when they had the word ’legal’ in the email. The level of noncommunication was beyond negligent. When we attempted to locate our things, we were repeatedly told the truck had “broken down.” At one point, we were told the truck was in a repair facility for two weeks, yet two different employees told us it was located in two completely different cities. Meanwhile, four people in the office admitted they could not tell us where the truck was at all meaning no one could tell us where everything we owned was. We called the facility that our AirTag said it was located at and he was the only guy who was able to tell us what was wrong with the truck and the exact location of the truck, and this guy didn’t even work for the moving company. We didn’t research to find out who we could call based on what our AirTag was telling us The only reason we had any idea where our things were was because we had placed AirTags inside multiple pieces of furniture. Without those AirTags, we would have had absolutely no way of knowing where our items were. Even more alarming, the AirTag directly contradicted what we were being told by the company about where the truck was. The problems began immediately. On our original pickup date, no one showed up and no one contacted us to say the pickup was canceled. I had to call the next day to find out what happened - there was no after hours service. One employee said there was a truck issue; another later said there was no truck issue at all and that they were simply behind on another job in a different city. The stories constantly changed. When our things finally arrived, they were damaged and incomplete. We are missing one entire box, had two broken lamps, two broken pieces of furniture, and there was sticky liquid spilled all over our electronics, causing further damage and concern. We reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. I lost three years off of my life. do not fall for the good pricing compared to other companies. If you were thinking, this move might be better than other peoples experiences - You are wrong. At all costs do not use this company. My sales representative’s name was Richard, and I could never get a hold of him. It wasn’t until I started telling him that everything was being documented in case we had to bring a third-party involved when he started to respond.

When you get a call from them they are super professional and answer all your questions. They have you triple check all your items to provide an accurate quote. There were many calls about my inventory. Paul (the person whom I made initial contact with) even had me count boxes to ensure i was getting as accurate of a quote as possible. They stated they provided 30 days of free storage so when I was ready with the new address to let them know and it would be delivered no problem. Like its no big deal. They made me feel comfortable like it was all taken care of and i dont need to worry. BIG LIE!!!!!!!! When I called to notify them of my new address and move in date I was then told to send an email with the new information and inform them of my first available delivery date. This was new to me because at no time during the calls I had with Paul was I told that and the movers that picked up the items never told me that. But I did it anyway. Its an email so okay. Two business days later I call to find out an update. My items were never shipped out and Diego (I believe he may be the owner which is why he is so blatantly rude) started telling me that I was told by Paul that it could take any where from 2 to 14 business days of arrival of my items. Not true. I challenged him on this. Not only did he continue to argue with me he was caught in a bold face lie when he told me that he has the call recorded and I encouraged him to call me back after he listens to it. He argued that he didn't have to because AI pulled up the call. As I insisted that he listen to the call he stated that he had. I called him out quickly because he has just stated that he didn't have to because of AI. He then proceeds to imply that im stupid by asking me what would I have done if my items have gotten there soon to my new address? I explained i would have put it in storage. Then what? He asks I would have hired local movers/handyman to move it into the unit, I replied. Well then why didn't you do that he said? BECAUSE YOUR OFFICE NEVER TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE THIS LONG!!!!! I told him im not stupid and if I would have known I absolutely would have made arrangements and figured it out. Will never use them again nor will I be referring anyone to them.

The people who did the heavy lifting were excellent. The management people were hopeless and a rip-off. After my contract was signed, mgmt called me and said the contract price was too low and had to be increased. This was two weeks later, after I stopped discussions with other companies. Then they charged 5% more to use a credit card for the final payment. Who does this ? Stay away.
