I'm giving one-star because they won't let me do 0 stars, but tried to order a cpap machine and the order wouldn't go through tried to call the store and the number directs you to a life a Lert pendent store that is runned by bots. then when you get a hold of a real person, they are completely rude and say that its your fault for not calling the right number that you should have googled it even when i had google right Infront of me and told her that this was the number given so, then decided to do research about the place and even google mapped it and the store doesn't exist anywhere that its supposed to so i may be wrong but this place either doesn't exist or is a scam or they have closed up shop

Direct Home Medical ships really quickly and has great prices. Returns are super easy and no hassle - I can only speak for things that had a trial period but, I didn’t even need to contact them to get a refund. I just mailed the product back (with tracking) and they processed the refund as soon as they received it. I’ve been very happy with them and plan to use them for the rest of my life.
