I've never had any difficulties with DHM. They respond quickly.

My dads portable oxygen unit which stopped working within one year of purchasing, was mailed back to be repaired, we were told that it would take up to 14-18 weeks to just look at the unit, when we asked for a loaner or a rental, we were told NO. We were told that our 87 year old dad should just stay home and use his at home unit! I see on a previous review that you offered another client a loaner! We were also told that the unit we bought was not being sold in the United States only overseas! They have have very poor customer service.

Easy to find what I was looking for and delivery was fast.

Everything was delivered as promised. Great communication and fair prices. Will likely order supplies again!
