The customer service assistance in processing my prescription and order was great and they kept me informed throughout the process.

Quick, Cost effective which gave me an opportunity to use my so clean again.

I started off with an on-line chat with "Nate" about shipping a battery I wanted to purchase, to an alternate address in Florida, other than my home. "Nate" said the battery would take 5-8 business days, but suggested I call to arrange shipping. I called on a Tuesday about quitting time. I spoke to a very nice woman, she verified the Florida address and told me the battery can only be shipped"ground" at no extra cost. I needed the battery by 3days preferred, but they didn't have any other options except 5-8 days for delivery. My battery arrived 3 days later on, Friday the day I was arriving at my Florida destination. The woman must have heard the panic in my voice. That battery never stopped moving from New Hampshire to Tampa Florida!!

These guys are the Best !! When I called they were courteous, and knowledgeable. They are my first choice when it comes to medical equipment and accessories.
