Direct Medical in New Hampshire are crooks. Sale without service is their motto. Oh they’ll pretend to help but make it difficult and costly for you to do so!!! I wanted my oxygen machine maintenance due to my three year warranty.. They could only service it if you ship it there , who pays you do! It’ll cost more to ship it than it does to do preventative maintenance which is actually just a very small filter!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS THEY ARE EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE!!

I was able to find filters form my mom's CPAP machine and it was a pretty easy process to purchase them. The other great thing they provide is free ground shipping if the shipment is not urgent.
