The company had the items that I needed at a very reasonable price. The delivery was very promp.

Website was easy to navigate. Found my items very easily. Prices were good. Shipping was just a couple days. Very happy with the items I received. I have set up auto renew for the consumables. I plan to stay with Direct Home Medical as my supplier of choice.

Simple order of nasal pillows and humidifier chamber. They sent wrong size. I thought no problem, get exhange. Called. Everything ok. Sent them back (10$ by post), they received and said they would "equal exchange at no further cost."Sent me new invoice to approve. Wanted to charge new shipping even though my original order was 0 shipping as i crossed threshold. Called them, they said tough luck. I asked for simple refund then. They said ok and charged 15% restock. I called again they said they offered to send them without shipping, i showed that that was wrong, they "apologized" but didn't want to make anything right even though they claimed charging me shipping (5$) on the exchange order was an oversight on their part. Whatever.

The items were exactly as ordered, well packaged an actually arrived slightly earlier than expected. And the items themselves were far less expensive than many other sources. Will be ordering from them for my oxygen supplies from now on.

Four stars because they eliminated that deep groove as promised. On the negative side, they are somewhat heavy if you are used to the softer covers. Also they are too long for a smaller face, going from behind my ear to my nose. Will try cutting one tonight. If it is still comfortable I would buy it again. I will not give you a one star rating just because my face is small. Lol

Just simple, clean and easy. Seems like a good company with my first order. No way is my second order!
