Direct home was great to deal with. The sales process was smooth and painless. Our Representative was knowledgable, helpful and Professional. We are due to receive our machine tomorrow. Shipped promptly via UPS 3nd Day Air. UPS is taking 6 days to deliver because of the holiday, but that is on UPS! We will review service and support in the future, after we have need to use it. For the acquisition process I can highly recommend Direct Home!!

Needed new hose for my cpap. The medical supply companies are too expensive, and I’m paying out of pocket. The ones they send are the same as Amazon or anyone else. This company offered the hose for much less and free 3 day shipping, so 5 stars!
