Seems the mirage Quattro mask for my CPAP machine has an inherit problem with the elbow swivel retainer clips that hold it together keep breaking. I was glad that I could find the part that I needed to fix this problem with Direct Home Medical. I ordered two to have one for backup. They arrived 2 days early which I was ecstatic about. I'm looking for a new CPAP machine as Philips respironics can't seem to get the one that I have that's defective replaced. I've been waiting long time for this replacement to no avail. Hopefully Direct Home Medical can help me find a new CPAP machine at a reasonable cost to replace the one I'm stuck using no thanks to Phillips respironics. Looking forward to doing more business with Direct Home Medical as it seems they really care about their customers welfare.
