Ordering the parts I needed was really easy. Shipping went very well and my order arrived two days early which never happens.

Placed an order on 7/2 and apparently they were closed on 7/3, so my order didn't get processed until Monday. I paid for priority shipping and their own estimated shipping was for 7/7. As of 7/8, my item is still waiting for a shipping label according to the tracking information. Customer Service cannot tell me when this item will be delivered. I totally understand being closed (they told me that 7/3 was a Federal Holiday. It is not.) but their shipping estimates should have accounted for them being closed. I would have opted for a different shipping option, if their website accurately reflected the shipping. Extremely frustrating because this is medical equipment. So, the item that I needed by tomorrow morning may not be here until Friday, even though I thought it would be delivered yesterday (Tuesday).

The gentleman who answered the phone knew exactly what I wanted he quoted me a price. And I said how long would it take and he said I believe 4 to 6 days. I said I was leaving town in three days and he FedEx it and I got it at the very next day. A very pleasant man telling me what was available and I really appreciated the customer service. I will certainly go back for further needs.
