The CPAP was as described and was delivered securely & promptly. It was well packaged and all components were included. There was a hand written note on the packing slip letting me know that the CPAP had been programmed to the settings in my Rx, which was reassuring to see.

I ordered a CPAP facemask on a Saturday and the item did not get shipped until the following Thursday. They do not work or even answer emails on weekends, and then they are slow to ship during regular business days. I would think that 48 hours on business days is plenty of time to get an item into the hands of the shippers, not 4 days.
