Ordering was easy and fast shipping. However when I got my item and used it I realized it was not going to work for me. I contacted the company and was told that even though I had a 30 day return policy that I would have to pay to ship it back and there would probably be a 15% restocking fee. I ordered a CPap mask and used it for 3 nights. Not sure why they would restock that item.

I would have appreciated knowing that SoClean has CPAP cleaning models other than the SoClean2. Also, delivery was delayed because the staff needed to ask me questions by phone, apparently intended to verify that my order was legitimate. I can understand the need, but I suggest that the staff offer an explanation.
