Your customer service is outstanding! From day one when we first called to inquire about your products, and place our order Rachael was kind, helpful and PATIENT! Turns out the first mask we ordered did not fight right and was painful, so we had to order another one, sorry i can't remember the associates' name, but she helped us pick another one and gave us detailed instructions on how to return the first mask.
