I did have trouble using my FSA card. It kept telling me the billing address did not match. I called my FSA company and verified it was correct. so instead of trying it a 3rd time. I opted to use a credit card and just get refunded back the cost. This time, it went through without issue, and the product shipped very quickly, I had it within a couple days and was exactly as described, the cost was also excellent. I would highly recommend, but may advise against trying to use FSA funds for purchase.

My mother is very sick and has very low oxygen, but wants to stay home for her care. Her doctor put an order for oxygen in her chart but seriously would not fax the prescription to directhomemedical.com when I needed it. The people at directhomemedical.com helped me every step of the way--monitoring our file to see if the scrip arrived, faxing the doc directly, getting me a form that ultimately I walked over to the doc to sign and then finally the machine was on its way. We really didn't even make the deadline, but Denise expedited the final steps of the process and got it on the truck in time for delivery before the long holiday weekend. I literally cried. Thank you. (AND buying the machine was totally affordable, plus Denise gave me 10% off--we couldn't wait to go through all the medicare paperwork--so glad I took this route!) BTW it wasn't just Denise who was great--everyone I dealt with there seemed to want to help--Sean was very patient and diligent as well--didn't catch any other names.
