I purchased the Widex Memory 440. Amazing pricing and great customer service. I would recommend Direct Hearing for anyone needing hearing aids.

I'm thrilled with my new hearing aides and the services provided by my team at Direct Hearing, Trey, Sonia and William. All were friendly, thorough and patient. William Russell, the audiologist who programed the new hearing aides I received (so promptly) is a pleasure to deal with as well: courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I am not tech savvy and after my session with William I felt confident and comfortable with my hearing aides and how to use them to full advantage. Thank you!

Will Russell was awesome! We were having some major problems with my husbands hearing aides and Bluetooth. Will is so knowledgable and helpful, but more than that he was so patient with us. Excellent audio adjustment on my hearing aids by Will Russell of Direct Hearing. Will was very thorough in his questions and procedure to make this a painless process with results that were a great improvement on the efficacy of my Phonak hearing aids.

Fast and efficient.

My sister-in-law who is a retired audiologist recommended Direct Hearing as an easy and economical way to replace my aging hearing aids after having lost one. She sent me their link and I went right to the Direct Hearing website and shopped around. She had recommended the Phonak brand hearing aid which they carried. Also she said their pricing would be very competitive and I would save money going through Direct Hearing. I connected to the sales manager Trey Peach who sent me a link for an online hearing test which was easy to take. We went over the results and I chose the Phonak 90 rechargeable aids which were sent to me within a couple of days via FedEx. The set up instructions were easy to follow with a couple of online videos, even linking my hearing aids up to my cell phone. Customer service rep Sophia contacted me to set up a follow-up appointment with will their audiologist Will who was most helpful in adjusting the hearing aid volume and teaching me some of the tricks of using the device. That follow-up evaluation happened today and I couldn't be happier with my improved hearing and the service that I received from Direct Hearing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Larry S. No regrets, and no complaints, whatsoever. Direct Hearing's price for my Widex Momentum hearing aids was literally half the price that I was quoted at the local "non-profit" hearing place. The local place tried to talk me out of buying online. I'm so glad I didn't listen to them. The whole transaction went very smooth. And, I couldn't be happier with the sale. I would not hesitate to buy from Direct Hearing again.
